About the Position

Plumb Bros LLC is looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong residential and commercial service experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues
  
  
• Perform service calls, repairs, replacements, and installations
  
  
• Troubleshoot water, sewer, drain, fixture, and piping issues
  
  
• Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer line troubleshooting
  
  
• Identify plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions
  
  
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, property managers, and team members
  
  
• Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner
  
  
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  
  
• Follow plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company standards
  
  
• Lead jobs and assist other plumbers when needed
  
  
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing service experience (journeyman)
  
  
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and drainage
  
  
• Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate repairs
  
  
• Experience working independently in the field
  
  
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
  
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  
  
• Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical plumbing work
  
  
• Texas plumbing license or registration preferred
