Providence Staffing's client in Mobile, AL is seeking experienced and dependable Plumber to perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, water, and drainage systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to complete repairs safely and efficiently. This is temp-to-perm position.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing, water, and drainage systems.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and complete necessary repairs.
• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, faucets, flush valves, and other plumbing components.
• Replace and clean faucets, flush valves, and related fixtures.
• Identify and remove stoppages from sewer and drain lines.
• Inspect plumbing systems for leaks, damage, and other issues.
• Safely operate plumbing tools and equipment.
• Follow all job-site safety procedures and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform additional plumbing and maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing or building maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, and drainage systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing plumbing issues.
• Ability to safely operate plumbing-related hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working for extended periods.
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Compensation

$21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
