Plumbologist, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to deliver reliable, high-quality plumbing service for residential and commercial customers in Mesa, AZ.

Position Summary

The Journeyman Plumber performs skilled plumbing installation, repairs, and maintenance work to ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards. This role requires strong diagnostic ability, consistent workmanship, and a customer-focused approach to service.

In this full-time, onsite position, you will work independently or with a team to complete plumbing projects from start to finish-confirming proper installation, testing systems, and ensuring job sites are left clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment, including water supply and drainage components

• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective solutions based on inspections, troubleshooting, and system testing

• Complete work in compliance with local codes, safety procedures, and established company standards

• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and service instructions to ensure accurate installation and repairs

• Provide professional customer communication, including explaining issues and recommending appropriate corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman-level plumbing skills with proven experience performing plumbing service and installations

• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve plumbing problems efficiently and accurately

• Working knowledge of plumbing codes, job-site safety practices, and safe handling of tools and materials

• Strong workmanship standards, attention to detail, and the ability to complete jobs thoroughly

• Professional communication skills and a reliable, punctual work style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with a variety of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems

• Familiarity with common plumbing parts and materials and how they impact system performance

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity

• Track record of delivering consistent, customer-friendly service

Compensation

Hourly rate: $28 - $32
