What You'll Do

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems
• Complete repairs and service work safely and efficiently
• Clearly explain recommended solutions to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service on every call
• Document completed work using company systems
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Represent the company with honesty and integrity

What We're Looking For

• Licensed plumber or currently preparing to take the licensing exam
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to safely perform regular physical labor
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Willingness to learn and quickly apply new skills
