Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Plumbers for projects located in or around Rapid City, SD. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-$32/hour for an Apprentice and $30-$40/hour for a Journeyman based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform commercial rough-in and finish plumbing
• Install water, waste and vent lines
• Install grease traps and floor drains
• Install sinks, handwashing stations, ice machine lines and restroom fixtures
• Tie into existing building plumbing systems
• Read and interpret commercial plumbing plans and blueprints
• Coordinate with the General Contractor and other trades
• Follow jobsite safety requirements and project specifications

Requirements:

• Apprentice: minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
• Journeyman: must have a valid Journeyman plumbing license
• Commercial plumbing experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Own standard plumbing hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work the required overnight schedule

Preferred Experience:

• Restaurant or QSR plumbing experience
• Commercial kitchen buildouts
• Retail or tenant improvement projects
• Experience with grease interceptors
• Commercial kitchen rough-ins
• OSHA 10 certification
