Job description
Lula is looking for a 1099 plumber to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across Atlanta and the surrounding areas. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.

Experience in the following are a plus:
Drywall
Light plumbing
Light electrical
Painting
Performing maintenance and light repairs
Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
Other miscellaneous maintenance work
Requirements

-Must provide your own tools and materials
-Must be willing to undergo background check
-Must have transportation
-Must have an iPhone or Android cell phone
