Job Responsibilities
- Support lead plumbers with the installation of plumbing systems on new construction sites
- Learn to perform plumbing installations and repairs in compliance with local codes
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing piping and pipeline systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Gain knowledge of plumbing products, materials, and tools through hands-on training
- Follow all company and jobsite safety policies and procedures
- Exhibit a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must have a current Texas Apprenticeship Card
- 1-2 years of Commercial plumbing experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test and Background check
- Valid TX Driver License with an insurable driving record
- Physically able to bend, stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working in various environmental conditions while observing proper safety precautions
- Full-time, non-exempt position eligible for overtime
- Standard hours: 8-hour shifts, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 AM, ending around 4:00 or 5:00 PM
- Overtime, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations may be required as needed to meet project demands
