About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts on a daily basis
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Prepare and generate financial reports for management review
• Process payroll and ensure timely, accurate employee compensation
• Track expenses and assist with budget preparation
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

Desired Experience:

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Hands-on experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Experience with bank and account reconciliations
• Experience processing invoices, payments, and deposits
• Experience maintaining accurate financial records
• Experience with accounting/bookkeeping software
• Experience working in a medical or healthcare office is preferred but not required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting/finance role
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
