Chemist needs 4 tears experience
BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field plus 0-4 years of experience (or)
Prior experience in hair color/care or consumer products formulation.
Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
Strong communication and analytical skills. Quick learner.
Strong data management (Excel, etc.)
Experience with lab equipment such as batching equipment, pH meters, viscometers, and Microsoft applications, and interaction with raw material suppliers, a plus.
Ability to lift bulk materials, fill consumer laboratory samples, and prepare hair tresses with application of consumer products and CGMP practices required.
Duties:
Successfully make hair color laboratory batches
Conduct product stability, evaluate color performance, and record and report results
