A New York electric, gas and energy infrastructure client is hiring an Azure and Google Cloud Engineer for New York, NY (hybrid, local candidates only). C2C.
You will support cloud infrastructure, application modernization, data integration and platform operations across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
This is a genuinely dual-cloud role: designing, implementing, securing and maintaining cloud-native solutions on both platforms, with a real application modernization mandate - moving legacy applications onto cloud-native architectures rather than simply running what is already there.
The strongest candidates have carried a legacy application through a cloud migration and can speak to how they secured and scaled it afterwards.
