NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Lead Maintenance. Maximize Uptime. Build a High-Performing Team.
We are recruiting an experienced Maintenance Manager for a modern commercial laundry facility serving the high-end hospitality market.
This hands-on leadership role is for a maintenance professional who understands equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the maintenance team
Build and manage a rigorous PM program
Maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic & hydraulic systems
Work with PLC-driven equipment
Support commercial laundry, conveyor, boiler & facility systems
Manage maintenance logs and spare-parts inventory
Ensure OSHA/safety and Lockout/Tagout procedures are followed
Partner closely with production leadership
Ideal Background:
5+ years of maintenance experience
Commercial laundry experience strongly preferred
480V / 3-phase electrical experience
PLC and industrial controls knowledge
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience leading maintenance personnel
Preventive maintenance program experience
Strong commitment to safety and cleanliness
