About Ellofant
Ellofant is a modern consulting and professional services firm helping organizations solve complex business, technology, data, operations, and transformation challenges.
We focus on practical execution, strong client relationships, and measurable outcomes. Our teams work closely with clients to understand what needs to change, identify the right path forward, and help move that work from idea to execution.
The Role

Research target accounts, industries, business challenges, leadership changes, hiring activity, and other potential buying signals
Build and maintain prospect and account lists
Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, phone, events, referrals, and other channels
Attend business events, networking functions, conferences, association meetings, and community events
Represent Ellofant professionally in conversations with prospective clients and partners
Capture new leads from events, referrals, outreach, and other sources
Enter and maintain leads in the CRM with accurate notes, status, next steps, and follow-up dates
Follow up consistently with prospects until there is a clear next step or disposition
Qualify opportunities based on client needs, urgency, decision-makers, budget, and fit
Schedule meetings with prospective clients and Ellofant leadership
Help prepare for client conversations by researching the company, people, and likely business needs
Support proposals, presentations, statements of work, capability materials, and other sales documents
Help move opportunities from initial conversation through proposal and signed engagement
Maintain a clean and accurate sales pipeline
Track all business development activity and outcomes
Provide a concise daily report covering outreach, conversations, new leads, meetings, follow-ups, opportunities, and next actions
Identify stalled opportunities and recommend next steps
Support LinkedIn, email, event, partnership, and thought-leadership marketing efforts
Develop or improve sales and marketing materials as needed
Coordinate follow-ups after events and client meetings
Work toward consistently converting qualified opportunities into new client accounts each month
What We Are Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable meeting and speaking with business leaders and executives
Confident approaching new people and starting professional conversations
Strong research and analytical skills
Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
Comfortable managing many leads and opportunities at once
Able to work independently while staying accountable for results

Able to write professional outreach and client communications
Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, presentation tools, AI tools, and sales technology
Willing to attend evening networking and client events when needed
Able to work in person in Denver
Interested in consulting, professional services, business development, technology, or enterprise sales
Experience in consulting, professional services, B2B sales, account development, recruiting, events, technology, or marketing is helpful.
