Roofing Sales Rep Uncapped 1099 + Prizes + Equity Upside San Antonio, TX
Grassroots roofing sales in San Antonio, TX for reps who can close and can prove it.
Self-generated work pays on a 10/50/50 profit split uncapped. Company leads available once you're ramped.
Annual accelerator bonuses on top: hit $2M and earn $10K, up to $30K at $6M take it as cash or a prize (luxury trip, Rolex, company truck).
Then get paid twice: when we sell (targeted 12 months out), you collect 10% of your book a $2M book = $200,000.
20+ admins handle scheduling, supplementing, collections and payroll so you can sell.
For experienced closers who own their customer relationships. 1099, no base.
