Position overview
Guide US clients from their first inquiry through quotation and booking handoff. This consultative sales and customer-care role suits someone who can understand a group requirement, recommend practical travel options and maintain responsive communication while several requests move forward at once.
Responsibilities
- Receive and qualify accommodation, transfer and ground-service inquiries.
- Prepare clear quotations and explain inclusions, deadlines and service choices.
- Follow up proposals and convert suitable opportunities into confirmed business.
- Build trust with recurring clients and identify additional service needs.
- Verify requirements with hotels, local suppliers and Congress Bookers operations teams.
- Maintain complete contact, quote and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Resolve pre-booking questions promptly and communicate changes accurately.
- Support campaigns and selected medical-meetings trade events.
Qualifications
- Two to five years in sales, client service, travel, hospitality, events or group bookings.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organization, accuracy and ownership of deadlines.
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Experience with B2B travel, medical events or international clients is beneficial.
- Additional language skills are welcome.
- Medical Meeting Professional or Healthcare Meeting Compliance certification is appreciated, not required.
