- $1,500 retention bonus at 180 days
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician with a strong commercial and industrial electrical background.
Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems
- Work with three-phase power, motors, transformers, MCCs, switchgear, panels, and motor controls
- Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, and electrical components
- Read blueprints, schematics, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot electrical failures using meters and diagnostic equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance
- Follow NEC, OSHA, and company safety requirements
- Current Journeyman Electrician license required
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and/or industrial electrical experience
- Experience with motors, controls, power distribution, and industrial equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an industrial service team
