Job description
- Diesel Mechanic Pay and Benefits:
- Up to $42/hour (based on location and experience)
- Sign-On Bonus (Up to $5,000 depending on location and experience)
- $250 quarterly tool allowance ($1,000/year!)
- $200 annual boot allowance

- Hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered heavy-duty work trucks or equipment
- Strong hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills, including pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and PTO-driven hydraulic systems
- Diesel engine diagnostic and repair experience, including mechanical troubleshooting and use of diagnostic tools
- Electrical troubleshooting experience, with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems and components
- Strong mechanical and chassis/drivetrain experience, including brakes, suspension, steering, and related components
- Welding experience (MIG and/or stick preferred)
- Own professional tools and the ability to confidently use them for diagnostics and repairs
- Valid driver's license required Class A or B CDL is a plus
