CPA Tax Manager - Family Office

Long-term CPA Tax Manager and Accounting Supervisor role with a third-generation family-owned management company in San Antonio's Lincoln Heights neighborhood. This is a permanent, in-person leadership position for a licensed CPA who wants to build a lasting career-not a short-term or transitional assignment. You will serve as a key strategic partner. You will lead tax planning and compliance across corporate, trust, partnership, nonprofit, and individual entities, and you will supervise day-to-day accounting operations for a small, collaborative team. Your work will shape financial strategy in a low-bureaucracy environment where your judgment is used and your voice matters. Compensation is $130,000-$200,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, with health insurance and paid time off. The schedule is Monday-Friday, on site, typically 40-50 hours per week and additional hours as needed during tax season.
