Job description
Active CPA state of CA or JD/active law license required Corporate compliance and ASC740 provision experience to include prep, review and audit Must be willing to come into the office a minimum of 3 days a week Public accounting experience with top 15 accounting firms within recent experience or large regional firm Must have public accounting corporate tax experience in supporting large, multi-state/national/global companies
